The IWLCA has recognized 262 schools as earning IWLCA Academic Honor Squad honors for the 2015 season. Every school with a team GPA of 3.0 or higher earned Academic Squad honors.

83 NCAA Division I schools, 50 NCAA Division II schools and 128 NCAA Division III schools were named in the report including Southwestern University. 

This is the second consecutive season the Pirates have earned the honor. Southwestern finished the 2015 campaign with a 7-9 overall record.
