GEORGETOWN, Texas - The Southwestern men's tennis team returned to its winning ways with an 8-1 victory over Wisconsin-Eau Claire Tuesday night at the Marvin D. Henderson Sr. Tennis Courts.
The Pirates (9-2) swept all three doubles points and claimed five of six singles matchups.
Grant Gideon, Dean Dulthummon and Haluki Nakayama all won in three sets, while Nickoloz Snovely and Alexis Dimanche tallied straight-sets victories. Southwestern dropped only the sixth singles tilt.
The Pirates will host Linfield and No. 20 Texas-Tyler on Saturday.
