Khansari earned three letters in tennis at Houston Memorial High School and was a Team Tennis State Finalist in 2012 and 2013.

Neik is the son of Ali Khansari and Tara Aslani and has two siblings; Armin and Rod. He is majoring in kinesiology at Southwestern.
Why Southwestern
The campus is beautiful and the prestige of the school. I really like that I can play tennis and earn a top notch education at the same time
