SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS - In the second day of the Trinity Invitational swim meet the men's swim and dive team gathered a score of 131.5 from freestyle, breaststroke and butterfly.
Southwestern University as a team is still in 6th place with a team score of 407.5.
In the 100-yard breaststroke, Alek Argueta excelled in the finals and placed fourth overall with a time of 58.25. Sean Calvert followed closely behind Argueta with a time of 58.88 and Sam Anderson finished with a time of 59.41
Matt Oevermann (4:20.08) and Brock Bloomquist (4:25.04) finished neck and neck in the men's 400-yard IM, while Todd Coachman (1:48.16) and
Nathan Saeger (1:48.63) finished 15th and 20th in the men's 200-yard freestyle.
Lastly, in the men's 200-yard medley relay, Southwestern finished with a time of 1:37.66 with Connor Moland, Sam Anderson, Massimo Gasponi and Dylan Neumann.
