Andy Workman

Andy Workman is in his ninth season as an assistant coach with the Southwestern University football team, working with an offensive line that has received 16 all-conference selections during his tenure. 

Before joining the Southwestern coaching staff, Workman was an offensive and defensive line coach for Lakes High School in Lakewood, Washington. He was also the defensive coordinator and defensive line coach at Steilacoom High School in Washington. 

In college, Workman was a two-year letter winner at offensive tackle for West Texas A&M University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in 1997. He received his master’s degree in education from Pacific Lutheran University in 2003. 

Workman currently resides in Round Rock with his wife, Mary, and daughter, Sophea.
