Campus Map | Google Map | Robertson Center Hours Walzel Natatorium has been home to the Pirates Swimming and Diving programs since 1998 and is housed in the Corbin J. Robertson Center. A 25-yard indoor pool offering six competition lanes and two diving areas, Walzel Natatorium hosts many competition and recreational events all year around. Originally built and dedicated as the Sid W. Richardson Physical Education Center in September of 1976, the building was renamed in 1996 for Corbin J. Robertson. The Robertson Center provides more than 95,000 square feet of comprehensive recreational and athletic facilities. It also houses the competition gym where the men’s and women’s basketball teams and volleyball teams compete, a practice gym, weight room, indoor track/workout facility, athlete and public locker rooms, and the Wazel Natatorium. Admission to all Southwestern Swimming and Diving events are free to attend during the regular season. |
