LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Brandi Campos, a junior defensive specialist from San Antonio, Texas, has been named SCAC Volleyball Defensive Player-of-the-Week for matches played from Tuesday, September 12th through Ssaturday, September 16th. 

Campos added 61 digs to her stat sheet this weekend. She also tacked on seven assists and four aces on the weekend. Campos averaged nearly five digs per set as the Pirates went 4-0 over the weekend, including a 3-1 win over No. 11 Wisconsin-Whitewater.

In what is sure to be a Top 10, possibly a Top 5 matchup, the Pirates will welcome in No. 7 Trinity to open up SCAC play. First serve is set for 6:00 PM at the Robertson Center in Georgetown.
