Women's Soccer Fall to Trinity Tigers
SAN ANTONIO, Texas – The Southwestern University women's soccer team took a hard blow from the Trinity University Tigers as they fell 6-0 this Sunday afternoon during their second road game.

The Tigers took control from the beginning of the game by scoring two goals in the first 18 minutes. For the rest of the first half, the Pirates struggled to move the ball into Tiger territory to try to answer Trinity's goals.

In the second half, Trinity once again scored another goal early, making the game 3-0. After the third goal, the Tigers picked up more momentum to seal the win by scoring three more goals before the clock ran out.

Moving forward, the Pirates will start Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) play, taking on the University of Dallas and Austin College in Georgetown next weekend for Homecoming.
