MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Southwestern controlled the game but weren't able to find the game winning goal as they fell to Fontbonne University on Saturday morning.

HOW IT HAPPENED

  • Fontbonne scored in just the fifth minute of play as Maddie Redohl scored unassisted.
  • Southwestern's Malorie Lara answered in the 25th minute to send the Pirates into the break tied 1-1.
  • After a scoreless second half and first overtime Fontbonne stole the win off the boot of Ellen Weaver in the 116th minute.
