GEORGETOWN, Texas – Junior attackman Courtney Ragland continued her scoring spree with seven goals against Hamline College to give Southwestern their second consecutive win.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Hamline started hot with two early goals, but Courtney Ragland quickly answered with four of SU's first five goals.
- By halftime Southwestern extended their lead to go into the locker room up 8-4.
- Ragland got the Pirates rolling again out of the break with back to back goals in the first 10 minutes to put SU on top 10-4.
- Jordan Little came up big in goal midway through the second half with four straight saves to keep a six point Pirate advantage.
- Hamline had one final push in them but were only able to pull within five, 11-6.
