Women's golf posts top five finish at DIII National Spring Preview

HOUSTON, Texas - Southwestern jumped two spots to finish the DIII National Preview at Bay Oaks Country Club in fifth place overall. 

Valentina Olivieri and Leilani McDaniel shaved three strokes each off their first round to end tied for 19th with 165 strokes (84-81). Paige Greenan posted a top 25 finish with 167 strokes (85-82) and Mikayla Miller (86-83) and Katherine Dyo (85-84) came in tied for 25th. 

Southwestern comes home for the first time this season to compete in the West Region Invitational beginning on April 3rd.
