LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference named Bernice Leonard and Jimmy Keener the Golfers of the Week for tournaments through Tuesday, September 24.

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – Bernice Leonard captured her second SCAC Women's Golfer of the Week honors announced by the league office on Wednesday.

Leonard competed in the Depauw Small College Classic, helping to lead the Pirates to an eighth place finish in the 16-team field. Leonard carded back-to-back rounds of 81 for an overall mark of 162 giving her a 12th place finish to lead the Pirates. Leonard was just six strokes behind the tournament champion.

Leonard and the Pirates will compete next at the Golfweek Fall Invitational in Destin, Fla., October 12-14.
