TEMPE, Ariz. – The Southwestern University Pirates men's tennis team had two members listed in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) individual regional rankings.
First year Hunter Bajoit was ranked No. 10 in the West Region after advancing to the semifinals in the ITA Division III Southwest Men's Regional Championships in men's singles in September. Bajoit also finished in the top 50 of the latest ITA DIII national rankings at No. 47.
Junior Alexis Dimanche was ranked No. 17 in the West Region. The 2017-18 All-American from France advanced to the quarterfinals in the ITA Southwest Regional Championships.
"We're happy and grateful for being recognized, earning individual rankings," Head Coach Billy Porter said. "But they remain secondary to our team goals."
