TEMPE, Ariz. - The Southwestern men's tennis team moved into the Intercollegiate Tennis Association's Top-40 Poll on Thursday, as the Pirates checked in at No. 39.
Southwestern won eight of its first 10 dual matches. The Pirates posted an eight-match winning streak (Feb. 18-March 14), which included four sweeps. SU also collected all eight victories against in-region foes.
The Pirates (8-2) will return to action on Tuesday, March 21, against Wisconsin-Eau Claire. First serve is scheduled for 5 p.m. at the Marvin D. Henderson Sr. Tennis Courts in Georgetown.
