SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS - On the first day of the Trinity Invitational, men's swim and dive gathered a score of 87.5 adding to a combined team score of 244.5.
Sam Anderson did well and placed sixth in the 200-yard IM with a time of 1:56.34. Alek Argueta finished with a time of 1:59.78.
In the 50-yard freestyle, Keith Gill finished at 21.45, while Todd Coachman finished with a time of 21.73.
For the men's relays, Southwestern finished with a time of 1:27.49 in the 200-yard freestyle relay, with Dylan Neumann, Mario Foltz, Caleb Pfiefer and Coachman. Also in the men's 400-yard medley relay, Neumann, Coachman, Connor Moland and Argueta finished with a time of 3:31.98 24.
The Pirates will continue the Tiger's Invitational through Saturday, Nov. 23.
