GEORGETOWN, Texas – The Southwestern men's swimming team resumed its 2016-17 campaign Tuesday, but suffered a 183-91 setback to Albion at Walzel Natatorium.
The Pirates picked up two victories on the day, including the 200-yard freestyle relay.
Martin Martinez also was first to the wall in the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 2:05.01.
Meanwhile, Todd Coachman was runner-up in the 200-yard freestyle with a mark of 1:47.40. Nathan Townsend also had a strong showing in the 50-yard freestyle, as his time of 22.26 seconds was good for runner-up.
Southwestern will host Trinity January 13-14 in its final home dual meet.
