Men's Soccer Lands Two on All-SCAC

SUWANEE, Ga. – In exclusive voting by the league's head men's coaches, Evan Perkins (pictured, left) and Dishon Isaac (pictured, right) were selected to the All-SCAC Second Team and Third Team, respectively.

Perkins was an offensive powerhouse this season, even with a delayed start due to injury. He was fifth in the conference with 1o goals on the season, tops for SU, and added two assists for a team high 22 points. Perkins was deadly in front of goal with a .263 shot percentage and recorded three game winning goals this season, also a team high and tied for fifth in the conference. 

Isaac was a solid and steady defender for Southwestern, playing in all 19 games this season. From his defensive position, Isaac took 12 shots, five on goal, for a .417 shots on goal percentage.

Southwestern earned a bid to the first-ever SCAC Conference Tournament this season with a 7-9-1 overall record, 4-5 in the SCAC. They won their opening match against Colorado College 2-1 before falling to eventual SCAC-Champion Oglethorpe 2-0 in the semi-finals.
