GEORGETOWN, Texas – Senior attackman Austin Fox posted a three-goal performance to eclipse 100 career points as the Pirates took a 19-4 win over Franciscan Wednesday.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Southwestern scored two quick goals before Franciscan posted their first goal, but SU closed the first quarter with six unanswered goals to lead big early.
- The Pirates outscored the Barons 5-2 in the second and went into the locker room with a substantial 12-3 lead.
- SU never trailed and allowed just one second half goal to the Barons to secure the win.
