Stith Named SCAC Golfer of the Week

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Sutherland Stith, a senior from San Antonio, Texas, has been named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Men's Golfer of the Week for competition played through Tuesday, September 19.

Stith was named to the all-tournament team after finishing tied for fourth individually. Stith shot a 74 (+2) on Tuesday for a three round score of 213 (-3). Stith led all scorers in Par 4 scoring at -4 throughout the week.

The Southwestern men's golf team shot a 291 (+3) in the final round for a three round score of 866 (+2) and a third palce finish at the Rhodes College Fall Classic at Tunica National.

Southwestern will be back in action on October 7th as they head to Flowery Branch, Ga. to compete at the Royal Lakes Fall Invitational.
