Sigler named SCAC Men’s Golf Coach of the Year

GEORGETOWN, Texas – Head Men's Golf Coach Greg Sigler has been named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Coach of the Year for 2016.

In just his first season at the helm, Sigler guided the men's golf team to their first outright SCAC Championship and first-ever individual champion in sophomore Tyler Gammill.

The Pirates earned one of two Pool B bids into the NCAA Championship where they finished in 28th place on an extremely challenging course in Rochester, N.Y.
