GEORGETOWN – The Southwestern Football Show with Joe Austin returns for a second year starting this Wednesday at 8 p.m. hosted by K-MAC Sports inside Burger University on the Georgetown square.
Hosted by Merle Bertrand of K-MAC Sports, Coach Austin will talk each week about the Pirates' previous game, preview upcoming games and answer questions from the audience. Fans are invited to join the Southwestern coaches every Wednesday at Burger University located at 119 W.7th Street in Georgetown.
Assistant coaches from football and other Pirate teams will join Austin throughout the season to talk about Southwestern athletics with student-athletes also joining the show.
The first show will air this Wednesday (Aug. 27) as Austin and Bertrand chat about what fall camp looks like during year two of Pirate football. The show runs to the end of football season.
