LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – Junior forward Ryan Ogden was named the SCAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week for games played January 17-22.

Ogden averaged 24 points to help SU to a three-game win streak in the SCAC. Incredibly efficient, Ogden shot 62.9 percent from the field, 66.7 percent (10 of 15) from 3-point range and 78.3 percent from the free-throw line. He also led the team in rebounds with 8.7 per game and posted team highs in assists and blocks this week.

Additionally, Ogden was selected to the d3hoops.com Team of the Week. 

Southwestern's three wins improved the squad to 9-9 overall and 4-3 in the SCAC as they begin the second round of conference play, first hosting Centenary on Friday at 7:30 p.m.
