LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) today announced its fifth annual winter All-Sportsmanship teams. A total of 22 student-athletes were selected to the 2012-13 squad in the sports of men's basketball, women's basketball, men's swimming & diving and women's swimming & diving. Complete Release

The SCAC places a special emphasis on sportsmanship each year, but this year, the conference went a step further. Prior to the 2012-13 academic year, the league developed and introduced a new sportsmanship-themed campaign, "Cheer Hard, Play Harder, Respect Everyone," and created PSAs and videos that were distributed throughout the conference.

These pieces have been played during conference-produced video-streamed championship activities throughout the 2012-13 academic year and even promoted nationally through the NCAA Division III Twitter account and Facebook page.
