The Corbin J. Robertson Center is the home to Southwestern basketball and volleyball. Originally built and dedicated as the Sid W. Richardson Physical Education Center in September of 1976, the building was renamed in 1996 for Corbin J. Robertson Jr.

The Robertson Center provides more than 95,000 square feet of comprehensive recreational and athletic facilities. It also houses the competition gym where the men’s and women’s basketball teams and volleyball teams compete, a practice gym, weight room, indoor track/workout facility, athlete and public locker rooms and the Walzel Natatorium.

The CJR Center also holds a state-of-the-art athletic training room where four full-time athletic trainers reside. Additionally, the center is home to offices for the Kinesiology Department, Intercollegiate Athletics Department and offices for Health Services, Counseling Services, Athletic Training, and Intramural and Recreational Activities. Along with these various summer camps, a number of select basketball and volleyball tournaments are held on campus each June and July.

Admission to all Southwestern basketball, volleyball, and swimming and diving events are free during the regular season.
