Session 1 - 8am-12pm
7:45 - 8am		Check in

9:30 - 10am		Video Session
10 - 10:30am		Dry land Exercises (focused on starts and turns)
10:30 - 11:15am		Starts & Turns
11:15am - 12:00pm		Drills & Technique
12:00pm		Arrive for pick up

Competitive swim suit, swim cap, towel, goggles, tennis shoes, and gym clothing

Registration

The cost for the Southwestern University Starts & Turns Swim Camp is $75 per swimmer. Early registration is advised as space is limited.

**Swimmers must be able to swim 100 yds nonstop
