GEORGETOWN, TEXAS - Ella Bonvillian a first-year swimmer from League City, Texas out of Clear Creek High School, has been named SCAC Women's Swimmer of the Week for the week ending on December 3rd. Bonvillian posted a 27.65 fly split as part of the first-place 200 medley relay in the Pirates home meet against the University of St. Thomas. Individually, she won the 50-yard backstroke with a time of 30.1 and the 100-free in a time of 56.95 on Friday. Bonvillian also recorded a 26.74 free split on the second-place 200-free relay team. This is Bonvillian's first time receiving SCAC Swimmer of the Week honors.
